Starters

Spicy Cajun Wings
Deep fried in our own Cajun and chilli coating served with blue cheese and chilli dressing

Muchos Nachos (V)
A plate of warm tortilla  chips smothered  with melting cheese and salsa, with dollops of sour cream, guacamole and jalepenos.

Salmon and Asparagus Terrine
Terrine of poached salmon, cream cheese and asparagus served with smoked salmon and a sweet soy sauce.

Potato Skins (V)
Four deep fried potato skins topped with either chilli beef, spicy chicken or vegetable ratatouille topped with cheese and served with sour cream dip.  
(Please specify topping).

Chorizo Salad
(Also available as a main course)
Chorizo, feta and mushrooms sit on a bed of mixed leaves with a honey and balsamic dressing finish.

Calamari with Alioli
Lightly battered squid rings and tentacles, with alioli.

Roast Parsnip and Stilton (V)
Home made parsnips and stilton soup served with crusty bread


Main Courses

Authentic Chilli (V)
Minced British beef or vegetable ratatouille cooked using traditional herbs & spices. Topped with cheese. Served on a bed of rice in a crispy tortilla basket.

Cajun Chicken Breast
Lightly fried and then baked in our oven with bourbon, Creole mustard and cream sauce. Served with salad and rice.

Muslos de Pollo con Verduras
Chicken breast marinated in tequila and lime then cooked with chickpeas, leeks, red peppers and chorizo. Served in its own jus with rice and a side salad

Sizzling Fajitas (V)
Marinated and flash fried with bell peppers, onion & garlic. Choose from chicken, beef or a combination of both. All served sizzling on a cast iron skillet with four warm soft tortillas. Accompanied with cheese, salsa, guacamole & soured cream dips.
Vegetarian –
A mixture of vegetables flash fried in garlic & Cajun spices.  Served as above.

8oz Sirloin Steak (£3.50 supplement)
An 8oz. sirloin steak, char-grilled and smothered in pepper and brandy sauce and served with mushrooms, potato wedges and salad. (Cooked medium with sauce unless you specify otherwise).

Salpicon de Salmòn
Fresh Scottish salmon cooked on a skillet topped with roasted pimentos. Served with pepper and lemon sauce rice and a side salad.

Chorizo and Feta Salad
Served on a bed of mixed leaves with mushrooms and tomatoes finished with a honey and balsamic dressing. Served with a couple of soft tortillas.

Burritos (V)
Vegetable ratatouille, chilli beef or spicy chicken, with salad, cheese and rice, all stuffed in a flour tortilla. Topped with a lightly spiced Mexican style sauce, finished with cheese, guacamole and sour cream.

Quorn Loaf (V)
Home made quorn loaf of minced quorn, puy lentils, chilli, onions and garlic baked in
our oven. Served with a red wine and mushroom sauce, roast roots and potato wedges.
