Starters
Nachos Grande (V)
A plate of warm tortilla chips with beef chilli, chicken or vegetable ratatouille. Topped with salsa,
guacamole and sour cream, covered with melting cheese. (Please specify topping)
Quesadillas
Two wheat flour tortillas filled with onion, jalapenos, salsa and cheese then toasted on our
griddle and served with sour cream and guacamole.
Spicy Cajun Wings
Deep fried in our own cajun and chilli coating served with blue cheese and chilli dressing.
Loaded Skins
Potato skins loaded with either chilli beef or vegetable ratatouille covered in melting
cheese, finished with sour cream and a small salad. (Please specify topping)
Calamari
Lightly battered squid rings and tentacles simply served with black pepper,
a wedge of lemon and a sour cream, garlic and chive dip.
Goats Cheese and Sautéed Leeks
Goats’ cheese and sautéed leeks and warm cherry tomatoes with a balsamic glaze served on a bed of mixed leaves.

Lightly fried & then baked in our oven with a bourbon, creole mustard
& cream sauce. Served with rice & salad.

Sirloin steak, chargrilled and smothered in pepper and brandy sauce and served
with mushrooms, potato wedges and salad (cooked medium unless you specify otherwise).

Marinated and flash fried with bell peppers, onion & garlic.

Minced British beef or vegetable ratatouille cooked using traditional herbs & spices. Topped with

(deep fried and crispy)
A large flour tortilla stuffed with your choice of chilli beef, spicy chicken or vegetarian ratatouille. Parcelled
together with cheese, deep fried then topped with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

Salmòn Con Estragon
Char grilled Scottish Salmon fillet served with tarragon and green peppercorn butter sauce and
topped with carrot crisps. Served with rice and salad.
Roast Sweet Red Pepper (V)
Vegetarian option available
Stuffed with chorizo sausage, olives, soft brie and fresh herbs topped
